Liliana Stadler Mitrea

This “forty-something” ND has been practicing medicine for over twenty years, having received her M.D. in Romania in 1986.

Liliana’s schooling and training were completed in the “hands on” tradition where knowledge, observation, and judgment were the foundation of learning.

Life took her far-away from her country, into Canada. Here she decided to pursue her original love of natural medicine and began the study of naturopathic medicine at the reputed Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Liliana is using a dual medical approach in her practice, a unique combination of knowledge and skills, integrating her extensive medical experience with principles of diagnosis and treatment of Naturopathic Medicine.

Liliana is the author of a Natural Medicine textbook, “Pathology and Nutrition- A Guide for Professionals”, published in winter 2005 and she is also the co-founder of Academy of Integrated Medicine (AIM), which provides professional development seminars to alternative medicine practitioners.

Her most recent books, “Natural Medicine Mosaic- volumes 1 and 2” have been published in October 2007!

To this day she continues a hectic schedule of clinical practice in Branford and Toronto, teaching at several educational institutions in and around GTA and her writing!
